Short-term rentals in Antwerp from 2 nights to 6 months

A short-term rental in Antwerp at Hoost starts at 2 nights and runs up to 6 months per booking. Weekly and monthly stays use the same apartments and the same simple terms. If you need longer, you continue with a new booking.

The four apartments are in one building at VIIde-Olympiadelaan 19, in Antwerp South near Middelheim Park. Trams 2 and 6 stop near the building and run to Antwerpen-Centraal. Antwerp Expo is about 1.2 km away and the Olympic Stadium about 0.5 km.

How a stay works:

  • Send your dates. We reply with the apartments that are open and a proposal.
  • Confirm in writing. No deposit is asked.
  • Check in yourself with a lockbox, from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00.
  • Change dates if the new dates are open. Leaving early is not refunded, except in an emergency.

What a short-term rental at Hoost includes

Every apartment is furnished and ready on the day you arrive. You get a kitchen with cooking basics, bed linen and towels, a TV and heating. Each one has a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection on a Telenet fibre line.

Electricity, heating and water are included, so there are no meters or contracts in your name. A shared washing machine and dryer are in the building. Every bedroom has a double bed. A cot and a high chair are available on request in the ground, first and second-floor apartments.

Cleaning is done at the end of every booking. On a longer stay, extra cleaning can be arranged about every two weeks, at extra cost. Linen and towels are provided at the start and not changed during the stay. There is no daily housekeeping and no reception. Our guests rate the apartments 4.70 to 4.92 out of 5 across 118 reviews on Airbnb.

Monthly rentals in Antwerp: weeks and months, not years

A monthly rental in Antwerp suits you when your stay has an end date. Think of a project of six weeks, a new job before you find a home, or a renovation of your own house. You live in a real apartment, cook your own meals and work at a proper desk.

A furnished stay is not a lease. You sign no rental contract and set up no utilities, but you also cannot register your address. Our guide to a short-term lease in Belgium explains the difference in detail. If you are moving to Antwerp for good, our page on temporary housing in Antwerp covers relocation stays.

Companies can book a monthly rental for an employee and receive a company invoice. For teams and several apartments at once, see corporate housing in Antwerp.

Holiday apartments in Antwerp for city breaks and families

A holiday apartment in Antwerp gives you more room than a hotel room and a kitchen of your own. The 2-night minimum fits a weekend exactly. Wondering whether the city deserves one? Read is Antwerp worth visiting for a two-day plan.

In winter, many guests come for the Antwerp Christmas market, which our guide covers with dates and routes. The Grote Markt is about 4.2 km from the building. Middelheim Park is about 1.9 km away.

All four apartments share the same building, terms and inclusions. They differ in size and outdoor space.

When Hoost is not the right choice

Hoost is a good fit for many short stays, but not for all of them:

  • You need to register your address for work, a permit or a school. You need a lease for that.
  • You want one stay of more than six months without a new booking.
  • You need parking on the property. There is none. P+R Olympiade, about 0.2 km away, has a low daily rate set by the city, and there is paid parking nearby.
  • You travel with a pet. Pets are not allowed.
  • You want hotel services, such as a reception or daily cleaning.
  • You want to stay in the historic centre. We are in Antwerp South, a tram ride away.

No. Hoost asks for no deposit. Your booking is confirmed in writing, and the cancellation policy is strict, so check your dates before you confirm.
