About Hoost
A local, personal place to stay in Antwerp
Hoost offers four furnished apartments in one building in Antwerp, near Middelheim Park, for people who come to Antwerp to work, relocate or stay a while. We manage them ourselves, and you deal directly with us.
Why Hoost exists
Coming to Antwerp for a new job, a project or a move often means a period in between. A hotel room gets small after a few nights, and a regular lease is usually longer than you need.
Hoost is for that period: a furnished apartment that works from the first evening, from 2 nights to 6 months per booking. Local Antwerp accommodation with the flexibility and personal service that companies and professionals need.
We keep it deliberately small. With four apartments in one building, we know each one well, can tell you plainly whether it suits you, and can house colleagues under one roof when the apartments are available.
How we work
Local
Hoost is based in Antwerp, where all four apartments are.
Personal
You speak with the Hoost team directly, by phone or email, from your first question until check-out.
Practical
Every apartment has a kitchen, a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi, with a washing machine and dryer in the building. What daily life and work need comes first.
Clear
Before you book, you know how long you can stay, what is included and what we confirm in your proposal. Companies receive an invoice in their name.
What guests can expect
Whether you stay a few nights or several months:
- A furnished apartment with bed linen and towels and a kitchen for everyday cooking
- A double bed in every bedroom
- Self check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00
- Stays from 2 nights to 6 months per booking, longer with a new booking
- A direct answer from us about availability for your dates
What companies can expect
For an employee, a consultant or a project team:
- One contact for one apartment or several
- An invoice in your company’s name
- Four apartments in one building, for up to 7 people with their own bedroom, where availability permits
- A dedicated workspace and an Ethernet connection in every apartment
- A proposal for your dates and team, with what is included set out clearly

Very good, clean and convenient apartment. Feels like home. Two rooms, kitchen, laundry - everything is very convenient.
Location is also good: only around 15 mins by tram to city center, the neighborhood is not very crowded. If you travel by car, there is also public parking nearby, plus convenient access to roads outside of the city.
I'd like also specifically mention the owners - very helpful and friendly.

Nice appartment close to tram and bus, 20 min to city center, easy for city trips to Gent and Bruges, cheap parking nearby, very friendly hosts, uncomplicated key handover, safe area
