Hoost · Near Middelheim Park
Looking for serviced apartments in Antwerp for a work stay? Hoost has four furnished business apartments in Antwerp South, each with a desk and Ethernet. Linen and towels wait for you, cleaning follows each booking, and longer stays can add extra cleaning. You check in yourself, we invoice your company, and you stay from 2 nights to 6 months.

“Serviced” means different things from one operator to the next. Some include a reception and daily cleaning, others only fresh linen. This page sets out exactly what a business stay at Hoost includes, so you can judge the fit before you send your dates.
Our serviced apartments in Antwerp are four furnished homes in one building at VIIde-Olympiadelaan 19, near Middelheim Park. Each one is ready for work and for daily life, without hotel extras you may not use.
In every apartment you get:
Arrival is simple. You check in yourself with a lockbox from 15:00 and leave by 11:00. That works for late trains and for colleagues who arrive on different days.
Our business accommodation runs on a lighter service model than a hotel, and we say so upfront. The apartment is cleaned at the end of every booking. On longer stays, extra cleaning can be arranged roughly every two weeks, at extra cost. Bed linen and towels are provided at the start and are not changed during the stay.
There is no daily housekeeping and no reception. Instead, you deal with a small local team that answers your questions directly. Many guests on a work stay prefer that: nobody knocks at the door, and your papers stay where you left them.
For companies, the practical side counts as much:
If you book for colleagues regularly, our page on corporate housing in Antwerp explains how proposals and invoicing work.
Serviced apartments in Antwerp and hotels both suit a work stay, but they solve different problems. A hotel gives you services every day. An apartment gives you space, a kitchen and a desk. The table compares a typical business hotel with a Hoost stay, using only facts we can confirm for Hoost.

For one or two nights with breakfast, a hotel is often easier. From about a week, most people value the kitchen and the separate bedroom more. The guide on corporate housing vs hotel goes deeper into team stays and costs.
An aparthotel is a hotel building with apartments instead of rooms, usually with a reception and sometimes a breakfast room. A serviced apartment in Antwerp can also sit in an ordinary residential building, which is what Hoost is. Choose an aparthotel if you want staff on site. Choose Hoost if you want a quiet home base with a direct contact.
The labels overlap, and Airbnb listings blur them further. Our guide airbnb vs serviced apartment explains the differences in plain terms.
The building is in Antwerp South, on the south side of the ring. Trams 2 and 6 stop nearby and both reach Antwerpen-Centraal. Useful distances in a straight line:
There is no parking at the building. P+R Olympiade is about 0.2 km away, at a low daily rate set by the city, and there is paid parking nearby. The building is outside the low-emission zone.
Which apartment fits? The second-floor apartment suits two colleagues who each want a bedroom. The ground-floor apartment with garden suits one person on a longer assignment, and it is the only one with air conditioning. Staying for months while you look for a home?
